Sculptra®

The main ingredient in Sculptra® is Poly-L-lactic Acid (PLLA), a biocompatible substance that has been safely used in medicine for decades. Once injected, the PLLA microparticles stimulate fibroblasts in the skin to produce new collagen. Over time, Sculptra® restores volume, firmness, and smoothness, creating a youthful but natural look. It is injected strategically to restore volume loss in cheeks, temples and jawline and also provides a lifting and tightening effect. Typically 3 sessions are needed with one or two vials per treatment depending on the condition of the skin, spaced 6 weeks apart. Results are gradual, appearing over 6–12 weeks as collagen builds and results can last up to 2 years or more, depending on the individual.
